Two Exciting Events Coming to CCCS

Corpus Christi Catholic School has two exciting events coming soon. One event is the CCCS Drama Club production of “Kilroy was Here”. The cast of 27 CCCS middle school students will take the Capitol Theatre Stage on Thursday, October 25 at 7:00 pm. This musical comedy is sure to delight the audience as we step back in time to a USO during WWII. As a special tribute to our veterans, we are offering free admission to all those who served in the armed forces.

The students have been working on memorizing their lines and musical performances since last Spring. You will most certainly be amazed at the talent and stage presence of our students. Tickets are available at the door the night of the performance for $5.00. We are sure you will not be disappointed!

Earlier that week, CCCS is hosting, what we believe may be, the first ever CCCS Alumni Open House. The festivities will start at 2:00 pm in the school gym on Sunday, October 21 with light refreshments and musical entertainment provided by three of our students, Daniel, Zach, and Gabby. Several other current CCCS students will be available to answer questions or direct you on a self-guided tour. We will have a table of CCCS memorabilia and hope our guests will bring any memorabilia they may have. You’ll also have an opportunity to purchase Gifts Cards for yourself and the proceeds will help support our school. Tickets for “Kilroy was Here” will also be available. Other programs that benefit our school, such as Amazon Smile and Shop with Scrips will highlighted

A “photo booth” will be set up for selfies and some of our students will be there to take pictures to post on social media and our website. We are so excited to meet some of our alums! We also hope that parents of alums, former staff, and former clergy and nuns will attend. We also welcome all our currents students, parents, and staff. We all look forward to hearing stories and memories about past days at CCCS. We are very proud to be part of a long tradition of knowing, loving and serving Jesus at Corpus Christi Catholic School since 1874!.
